As I was reading my new favorite newspaper, The National Enquirer, I was amazed to learn of former Vice President, Oscar winner and Nobel Laureate, Al Gore’s sex scandal. My mother like most everyone else was shocked that the Gore’s were separating. She was convinced that there was a sex scandal. I like an idiot believed the joint Gore statement. Let that be a lesson to everyone. Mother is always right.
Sometime in 2006, a licensed masseuse, was hired to give “Mr. Stone” a massage in room 903 of the Hotel Lucia. Well, “Mr. Stone” turned out to be former Vice President Al Gore. I suppose famous people use fake names to protect their privacy when travelling. Sound, right?
The timeline is a little off. The alleged incident occurred at 11 PM on October 24, 2006. Initially the alleged victim refused to file a report. Then early 2009, she agreed to a taped interview. Before I go on, I would like to give a shout out to the Smoking Gun. Whenever you find stories like these, The Smoking Gun, almost always has the original documents. From the Portland Police Bureau there is a 67-page transcript of the interview dated January 8, 2009. Now, I assume sometime this year, the alleged victim tried to sell her story to The National Enquirer for $1M. The fact that the victim shared various documents with The National Enquirer is the only reason why the Portland Police Bureau is confirming the report. The police department as is the case across the country does not discuss sex crime investigations but made an exception in this case “because of the high-profile nature of this case and the fact that the woman involved provided reports to a media outlet.”

I carefully read the transcript and must say that I found the alleged victim’s prepared statement believable. She is 54 and has 12 years experience as a masseuse. It is clear to me that she is a stickler for the rules and seems to really care about building her business. That is not an easy feat especially in this economy.
There were some warning signs. Apparently wanting to have your adductor muscle (inside thigh) massaged is a warning sign. It may give a guy an involuntary erection. I wonder what it does for women. I must try it tonight. Having the abdominal area can also be a red flag. It is very easy to go too low. According to the masseuse while Al Gore’s abdominal muscles were being massaged he asked her to go lower ...lower ...lower! Then came the moaning. Asking for a little clarity, Al Gore allegedly grabbed her hand and planted it on his “public crest region”. In all my years of phone sex calls, I have never heard of such an area. Then it gets a little weird ...an embrace, chocolates, alcohol.
I don’t know about the rest of it. I am 5’4’’ and 115 pounds soak and wet. If a guy is acting inappropriately, don’t care who the guy is, I am the hell out of there. You can always get new business but your sense of self and feeling safe is very hard to recoup once lost.
