Perhaps I am missing something. I thought that every good American would agree that is never ok for a 43-year old man to put his penis inside of a 13-year old child. According to the now unsealed grand jury minutes on March 10, 1977 French national Roman Polanski gave a 13-year old girl, and yes he knew how old she was at the time, alcohol and a quaalude. Three weeks earlier he photographed her topless. All of these photographs were allegedly for French Vogue. According to the child’s detailed testimony on the night of the crime at Jack Nicholson’s Muholland Canyon home Polanski asked her to take off her clothes to photograph her naked in the jacuzzi. Later in one of the bedrooms Roman Polanski took off her panties, licked her vagina and then put his penis inside of her. While Roman Polanski’s penis was inside of the 13-year old child he questioned her about whether she was on the pill and when her last period was. When she couldn’t remember her last period and stated that she was not on the pill, he told her that he would not cum inside of her, then offered to fuck her up the anus which he did momentarily. A little later that evening he would fuck her for a second time and cum inside her ass.
Before fleeing the country, Roman Polanski plead guilty.
