Never mind the fact that Mr. Duvall represented a rather conservative district OR that he purported to be a family values man OR that he was until this little scandal a member of the Republican caucus OR that he was quite literally in bed with a lobbyist who either had or could potentially have business in front of the committee where he served as vice chair. Whatever.
Let's talk about the stupidity. He had to air his dirty laundry (no pun intended) on the floor of the California legislature - the building with all the microphones and cameras. Really? Seriously? Mr. Duvall should have saved those stories for lunch or perhaps during a manly game of golf.
