Well, I received a several comments about my little rant regarding Google.

For the record I do not have an issue with Google per se. My situation involves protecting my copyrights and servicemarks. I am deeply concerned with unscrupulous webmasters using deceptive practices to confuse my callers AND …this is the important part… having no forum in which to ask a simple question. Why?
