September 01, 2005Hurricane Kartina, Former Business Partners and MeI am fairly certain that most of my fellow Americans are knee deep in information regarding the situation in the Gulf Coast. Although I have absolutely no family in New Orleans there are quite a few of us in other affected areas – Mississippi and Alabama – and everyone is OK.

Like most of you I have seen the pictures and you know what never ceases to amaze me? The rescue workers. These men and women are tireless and hot. I mean you have to bee in pretty good shape to pull people out of water.
I saw a bunch of Coast Guard guys getting ready for another day of rescue and boy were they hot. Hot with a big heart is always a winner.
Where was I?
I have an announcement. Actually it’s a disclaimer. Over the years I have had a number of business associations and yesterday I fulfilled my last obligation. Today is the first day where I am completely free and clear. No one – no entity – holda a note or a mark over this site or my family of companies. That being said any former partners who use any potion of this site for their own purposes please be advised that …well isn’t it obvious? Such actions would be a no-no AND I’m not going to call and chat about why you are using my intellectual property instead one of my lawyers will contact you not with a C&D letter but a request for payment. The days of hand holding are long gone.
Anyhow I am very excited. Right now I am on a modified schedule.
