This morning I started a new weight training regiment. Apparently I do not have any upper body strength. It’s all in the back. At least that’s what my trainer tells me. “A weak back Cheryl makes you weak!”

Somehow I managed to get back to the house and once the door closed I sat on the floor musing that if I die now it would take 3 or 4 days before they found me.

Day after tomorrow I do it again. Next time won’t be so bad. The first workout session is always the hardest. It’s a shock to your system. I thought you would get the bordello jobs not manual labor!
