“Well, my friend”, I said. The price of a call is 80 cents per minute. There is a 15-minute minimum which is 12 BUCKS. I continued, “You aren’t going to hang up on me are you?” He promised not to. “Good!”, I said, “Because I do charge a $4 fee for hanging up. I call it a polite fee. It isn’t polite to hang up on someone who has brought so much joy to your meat stick.”

Later in the day again yesterday I got another call. The guy wanted to know that if he paid for a call and only used 10 minutes would he be charged $12.00. The short answer is YES.
Without getting too technical I can provide these prices if and only if I have a guaranteed minimum. I am sure there is a accountant or economist somewhere who can explain it a lot better. So I suppose it bears repeating.
