The holiday got me out of my regular groove. So, today, I do what I normally do and check my bank accounts. Imagine my surprise when a couple of thousand dollars was on hold for my PERSONAL account. I couldn't dial my bank fast enough!
I have been banking at this place since I was 5 years old. Most of the bank employees know my parents. I went to school with their kids. That sort of thing. It turns out that over the Memorial Day weekend someone in London went on shopping spree with my card number.
So I started today a little later than usual because I had to fill out and fax back a Disputed Transaction Notice. The charges are still pending. Once they go through which is expected sometime today I will have to file a police report. Ah…the pleasures of e-commerce.
Help me take my mind off this and call me.
